What is the minimum order ?
To order Wholesale product must be order as a minimum order total amount US$ 3,000.00 (three thousands US dollar) and each item have a minimum quantity.
Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we are the manufacturer. Most of our products are created in Bali, meanwhile for efficiency some of our production locations are spread out in Java island.
Does the quality of the product displayed in your catalogue match our order ?
The photo images are edited via adobe photoshop, However as all of these items are “handcrafted”, small variations in colour and size will occur.
Are you made to order ?
Yes. All products are made to order.
How about the prices ?
Negotiable.
What is the recommended currency to transfer ?
The recommended currency for transfer is in US Dollar. This is because all containers lines are paid in US Dollars.

What are your payment terms ?
We give the following options for payment : Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), down payment 40%, the balance after shipment, when the Bill of Lading is faxed. Letter of Credit (L/C), Irrevocable L/C at sight 100%. Our bank : BANK INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA (DENPASAR BRANCH). Please inform us, before and after sending any payment to our bank.
Do you accept Paypal ?
Yes, we also accept credit cards via Pay Pal. Please note: Pay Pal charges 2% commission per transaction.
Can i order sample products ?
Yes, The sample products are available to wholesalers, importers, and foreign retailers only. Sample transportation will be at buyer’s account, sample request below $10.00 is free of charge.
